Bachelor’s Degree Completion
Northeastern University is excited to offer up to a 50% tuition scholarship to California students and past Mills students enrolling in one of eight bachelor’s completion programs offered through the College of Professional Studies starting in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026. The academic experience is online with an optional on-campus cohort experience on the Northeastern Oakland campus, facilitated by The Mills Institute.

BS in Digital Communication and Media
BS in Finance and Accounting Management
BS in Information Technology
BS in Management
BS in Project Management

Scholarship Eligibility
California residents who have earned at least 60 college credits or completed an associate degree are eligible to receive a 50% tuition scholarship, evenly distributed across their remaining terms of study.
California residents with fewer than 60 credits may be eligible to receive up to a 50% scholarship.
Transfer Credit Requirements
Official transcript from each originating college attended with minimum course grade of “C,” or 2.000 on a 4.000 scale. Transfer up to 60 credits, with these exceptions:
» Community college articulated agreements may support more than 60 credits
» Active-duty military service members may transfer up to 90 credits
» Credits earned in science and technology are valid for a period of seven years
» Credits earned more than seven years ago will be applied as open electives
