California residents who have earned at least 60 college credits or completed an associate degree are eligible to receive a 50% tuition scholarship, evenly distributed across their remaining terms of study.
California residents with fewer than 60 credits may be eligible to receive up to a 50% scholarship.

Official transcript from each originating college attended with minimum course grade of “C,” or 2.000 on a 4.000 scale. Transfer up to 60 credits, with these exceptions:
» Community college articulated agreements may support more than 60 credits
» Active-duty military service members may transfer up to 90 credits
» Credits earned in science and technology are valid for a period of seven years
» Credits earned more than seven years ago will be applied as open electives
