Dynamic Multigenerational Approach
The Mills Institute works with scholars, students, alumni, and community and industry leaders at all life stages. This dynamic multigenerational approach facilitates inclusion and equity through new research, greater educational access, lifelong learning and leadership and career advancement for marginalized populations
The Mills Legacy
The Institute was formed in 2022 when Mills College merged with Northeastern in order to honor and advance Mills’ legacy of racial and gender educational inclusion and equity.
