The Mills Institute is launching a new Women in Leadership Program in partnership with D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. This program is designed for high-potential, mid-career women who aspire to progressive leadership roles within the organization. Each company will send up to 5 leaders to this program, so participants will have the opportunity to network with other leaders with similar career aspirations.
